Working -
Raw mill plays a very important role in making cement. Lime path is crushed in the raw mill, the size of the lime stone which is put in the raw mill varies from 40mm to 50 mm. After screening, the lime platen is held together through the belt conveyor, and then the collected material is sent through the reclaimer  from the belt conveyor to the hopper of the raw mill where these pliers are placed and the feed belt below these hoppers Stays are inserted in this feed belt.3 more hoppers are attached to this feed belt, in which iron, fly ash, gypsum are sent to the feed mill along with the rocker in the feed belt. Now the material is sent to the raw mill through the course feed wall so that the course feed is installed so that the outside air cannot enter the mill. A gear box is attached to run the course feed. This gear box rotates the electric motor from which the course feed runs.

Raw material is sent to the raw mill where 4 grinding rollers are attached. These rollers are attached to the hydraulic cylinder. The grinding table is below the roller. The grinding table is rotated through the gear box. This gear box rotates the electric motor. On contact with this table, the roller rotates and grinds the raw material to grind the material in the raw mill from 400'C to 600'C. The need to do it is when we get through the suction fan to freeze get raw water is also sprayed So that the temperature is controlled. Then after this material comes in powder form, it is pulled up through the separator. This separator is the top part in the mill, the separator is rotated upwards through the gear box, which pulls the material up and the material The grind does not remain well, reject it, separate it and send it to the bucket elevator, then this material is again put in the raw mill.

Material is sent from the separator to the bag house through suction, the material is collected in the bag house and then these materials are sent for further processing. With the help of chain conveyor or screw conveyor, they send it forward to the air slade. These air slads have a blower fan which moves the material then with the air slider. Do not allow material to send buckets blending silo with the elevator |
